The Wisconsin Air National Guard at Truax Field in Madison, WI requires cleaning services for its dining facility on Regularly Scheduled Drills (two weekend days per month). This is a Sources Sought to identify sources capable of providing this service. This Sources Sought has also been posted under differing PSC and NAICS on W50S9F-23-Q-0006.

The following requirements for the service are anticipated:

-Schedule: 24 days per year (1 weekend per month). Saturday start time is 07:30 with end time after final clean-up when dining room closes at 12:30. Sunday start time is 06:30 with end time after final clean-up when dining room closes at 11:30.

-Location: 115th Fighter Wing, 3110 Mitchell St, Madison WI 53704

-Services to be performed:

1. Table bussing

2. Restock/refill of supplies for drink stations and dining area

3. Housekeeping services

4. Floor cleaning

5. Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glasses and utensils

6. Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and sign-in area

7. Remove trash

Sources capable and willing to provide this service are requested to provide the following information in response to this Sources Sought:

1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).

2. Small business status, including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.

3. A statement that briefly and clearly expresses your company's ability to perform this specific requirement. Include any special qualifications or certifications.

4. Questions, clarifications, or recommendations.

5. Include the following in the subject line of any response: Sources Sought W50S9F-23-Q-0005.
