This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912J2-23-Q-0006 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339992 with a small business size standard of 1000.00 employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids.

FOB Destination shall be: 132D ARMY BAND, 2400 WRIGHT ST, MADISON, WI 53704.

The End User requires items identified in the Brand Name J&A to be brand name specific. All other items listed on Band Equipment list are Brand Name or equivalent. See attachments.

New Equipment ONLY. NO USED OR REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Evaluation: The lowest price found to be technically acceptable will be awarded a firm-fixed price contract.

The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price award to the lowest technically priced offeror. Partial awards will not be issued.

Offerors shall use the attached excel spread sheet titled Band Equipment list to submitt their bid.

Submitted Quotes will be valid for 30 days after the closing of this posting.
