Description
This is a RFQ for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a term of five years from May 1, 2023, until April 30, 2028, or a maximum purchase amount of $22,000.00.

The BPA will be established to provide pump out services for 8 vault and septic tanks in 3 locations in Wisconsin and 8 vault and septic tanks in Minnesota. In addition, the Contractor shall provide and maintain portable toilets on an as needed basis.
