Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) is soliciting bids for Herbicide Application/Mechanical Scarification services on fifteen designated sites on the Northern Highland - American Legion State Forest (NHAL) State Forest in accordance with the attached specifications, terms and conditions of bid. The herbicide application will be accomplished between the dates of July 1 and August 15, 2023. Scarification may begin no sooner than 18 days after the application of herbicide to the site, and must be completed on all sites by November 15, 2023.
