Bid Synopsis:
|
This announcement is for a previously posted project for which several construction divisions are being re-bid. In general, the work primarily consists of construction of a new shelter facility primarily used for sleeping and meals. The new facility will be a 6,000 square foot, wood framed, one story building. The facility will have 20 sleeping rooms each with their own toilet room, office space and a breakroom for staff, laundry rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen. Site work will include asphalt paving, parking stalls, sidewalk, grading and seeding. Note, an addendum related to this Invitation to Bid (REBID) is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, February 7th.
