Bid Synopsis:

The intent of the design project is to reconstruct the existing stormwater ponds and greenways in a manner that maximizes flood
reduction while enhancing stormwater quality treatment. The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit a design firm or team to carry out the design activities, as well as to develop a Scope of Services for the design process.
