Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has deployed Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) infrastructure throughout the state of Wisconsin. This system is currently fully operational where deployed but will continue to be expanded upon in the future. This bid covers two critical program areas to ensure the continued operation of the communications network as described below.
Network Device Monitoring - The purpose of this area is to ensure efficient device IP health monitoring and repair response for equipment on fiber backbone networks, fiber distribution networks and individual field devices.
