Kenosha County Department of Human Services (KCDHS) as the Administrative and Fiscal Entity for the Southeastern Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (SE WI WDB) is announcing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to be awarded on a competitive basis for the period of July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024, with options to renew for Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) services of Adult, Dislocated Worker, Business Solutions, and Youth.
