Bid Synopsis:

The Department of Health Services (DHS), Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide a venue for the Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) Resource Fair on September 30, 2023. These commodity/services, may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total.
The ODHH is initiating the very first statewide resource fair to provide services and programs that will benefit the diverse needs of people with varied degrees of hearing loss. The fair will provide nationally and locally recognized presenters, an array of exhibitors, hearing screening, hearing assistive tehchology demonstrations, and the opportunity to see comminications and interpreters in action.
The resource fair is for anyone interested in learning more about services and programs for people who are deaf, Deaf Blind or hard of hearing, such as but not limited to,
People living with hearing loss
Hearing Parents of deaf children
Deaf parents with hearing children
Senior citizens
Service Providers
Hearing Aid or Cochlear Implant Users
