The Portage County Highway Department (County) is interested in obtaining the services of a professional engineering consultant for multiple survey, design, and construction oversight projects in 2023 and 2024.
The County of Portage as represented by the Purchasing Department intends to use the results of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a contract or contracts for the projects listed in the RFP. The County of Portage may also award a master contract for a one-to-three-year period for projects not listed below.
