Consultants are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional engineering and design services for two (2) bridge rehabilitation projects in Milwaukee County, scheduled for 2025 construction. The SOQ intends to provide the reviewer information about your firm’s interest, understanding, availability, and ability to deliver the design work for the bridge projects in accordance with WisDOT’s Facility Development Manual (FDM) requirements.
SOQ shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 CST.
