Milwaukee County, through its Department of Parks, Recreation, and Culture, is soliciting proposals from potential developers, interested in the redevelopment and restoration of the County-owned building and underlying property consisting of a vacant guest house and barn within the Root River Parkway corridor and underlying land at the intersection of W Loomis Rd and S Root River Parkway in Greendale, Wisconsin.
