General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:





State: Wisconsin



City: Milwaukee

Additional Requirements:




  • Offered space must be located at the 3rd floor level or above excluding the top floor of the building.

  • Offered space cannot be located near glass atriums or exposed areas adjacent to glass walls or glass curtains.

  • Offered space may not be located near ledges or balconies.

  • The building must be able to provide for a dedicated /non-public route (i.e. passenger and/or freight elevator that can be locked) between the offered space and the parking garage.

  • Offered space may not be located near foreign entities.

  • Offered space cannot be located near daycare facilities.





Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
