NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The 115th Fighter Wing Mission Support Contracting office intends to solicit and award a sole source contract, using the authority of FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), to CURTISS-WRIGHT FLOW CONTROL SERVICE, LLC, 2550 MARKET ST, ASTON, PA 19014-3426, if funds are made available. The requirement is to provide parts for the BAK-14M Retractable Hook Cable Support System. The purchase description and sole source memorandum are attached.

The NAICS for the requirement is 336413, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
