The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide SURGICAL INSTURMENT WASHER/DISINFECTOR for the Madison VAMC.

General Requirements:
Brand Name or Equal: Steris/Amsco 7053HP Washer/Disinfectors
Salient Characteristics:
Must have DaVinci module to wash/disinfect XI DaVinci instrumentation.
Vendor must have local repair technicians.
Must be steam generated.
Must fit in the existing space with minimal site prep.
Overall height not to exceed 93
Overall width not to exceed 42
Overall depth not to exceed 38
Must connect to CensiTrac for electronic documentation.
Deinstall of existing washer/decontaminators and the install of the new washer/decontaminators must be completed on a weekend to limit down time during the week.
For standardized processes and patient safety; must use the same detergents as our Steris sinks.
Polystica HP(enzymatic, neutral detergents). Using different makers of chemicals can cause an adverse chemical reaction, which is detrimental to instrumentation.
Must calibrate water and chemical injections 2 times per year.
Must have an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) trained Superintendent on site full time.
Must perform all work following risk assessment findings and Infection Control standards.
This will be a "Turn-Key"
