Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in support of the 2024 Republican National Convention:



State: Wisconsin



City: Milwaukee



Delineated Area: Milwaukee, WI



North – W Center St/ E Center St



South – Route 59



East – Milwaukee Bay



West – N 27th St (Between W Center St. and W Highland Ave.) S Layton Blvd. (Between W Highland Ave and Route 59)



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,500



Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,500

Additional Requirements: Office space must be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout and located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including fifty (50) structured parking spaces for Government vehicles. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Offered location must have local amenities; restaurants; hotels; and shops within a ¼ -mile walkable distance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2- percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-Year” floodplain).
