The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide a Brand Name or Equal Dekema 674 Sintering Furnace to the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center Milwaukee, WI 53295-0001.

Dental Sintering Furnace Requirements:
Must be a high-temperature dental sintering furnace that is compact and durable, suitable for use in
dental laboratories.
Furnace must be capable of sintering zirconia material.
Furnace should have a wide temperature range suitable for various dental with capabilities of reaching
1500 degrees Celsius.
Furnace shall maintain temperature stability with minimal fluctuations during the sintering process.
Equipment should include a user-friendly, minimum 7-inch color touch screen control interface with
high-resolution.
Furnace should be CA
Package must include a minimum of two (2) sintering trays.
Package must include a minimum of two (2) sintering rings
Package must include an insulation table
Package must include a minimum of three (3) heating elements that include a cord set.
Package must include a thermocouple
Package must include a calibration and tool kit.
Package must include a furnace pincette or tweezer.
Furnace must include an autodry function for precise drying as well as fast and targeted heating and
cooling.
System shall consist of USB interfaces to allow for easy data transfer and software updates.
Vendor must provide comprehensive instruction manuals and installation instructions.
Vendor must provide a one-year warranty to provide technical support and assistance.

Documentation from manufacturer (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer.
