As stated on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, depending on responses received, distinct line items may be awarded to separate vendors. The Government’s intent is to issue one or more purchase order(s), and invoicing and payment will be made through WAWF. However, the Government will procure and pay using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) if the individual purchase falls at or below the micro-purchase threshold.

The government may procure and pay using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) if distinct line items are awarded to separate vendors and the individual purchase falls at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
