Description

See the attached word document labled Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for This is in support of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) all hazards response readiness for Civil Support Teams. The contractor who performs the work will be developing the scenario, establishing the environment and completing the coordination necessary to challenge three CSTs over a three-day period in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).



1. Offerors are to submit proposal in a Microsoft Word extension (.pdf,.dox) file, electronic copy and directed via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at curtis.p.clements.civ@army.mil We cannot receive e-mails if they contain compressed attachments. Ensure all files are free of viruses. Our security software blocks these types of e-mails. This RFP is an offer call for all items or none. The solicitation closing date is 23 March 2023, 10:00AM Central Standard Time. All correspondences shall reference solicitation number W912J2-23-Q-0007 and the solicitation closing date.



2. The offeror shall confirm with contracting office that submitted proposal was received. Proposals will be nonresponsive if not received by the solicitation closing due date. Re-send your e-mail submission if you do not receive a receipt confirmation. If you do not receive a receipt confirmation after the second transmission, contact the Contract Officer. The Offeror shall submit an unclassified proposal which demonstrates its ability to perform and meet the requirements in the SOW.

All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. All information marked {Proprietary to ‘company name’} will not be disclosed outside of the Department of Defense. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before being considered for award. Information concerning SAM requirements may be viewed via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
