Additional Requirements: Offered space must be a large and contiguous open and air conditioned space with a minimum ceiling height of 14 feet, a loading dock to accommodate a semi-trailer, and have potential for efficient layout and located in a professional and aesthetically pleasing setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including 120 surface parking spaces for Government vehicles. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Offered location must have local amenities, restaurants; and shops within a ½ -¾-mile distance from the location. Local amenity availability is a “go/no-go” criteria.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
A fully serviced lease is required.
Offered space shall not be in the 0.2- percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-Year” floodplain).
