This is a non-personal services contract to provide Solid Waste Services at Fort McCoy, WI. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform services in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and contract.

Attachment 15: Conformed copy of the Solicitation (USE TO PRICE THIS SOLICITATION). Must return attachment 15 with quote by due date IAW solicitation instructions and all amendments signed and dated to acknowledge consideration of each amendment and solicitation package.
CLINs 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002 have been priced for you as they are NOT TO EXCEED (NTE) line items related to reimbursable tickets that may be issued IAW the contract. The reimbursable ticket IAW the contract may be less but in aggregate may never exceed the sum per CLINs.
