Racine County is accepting sealed proposals to provide Process Server Services for Racine County.
Sealed bids will be received in the Racine County Finance Department, 730 Wisconsin Avenue, 4 th Floor, Racine, WI 53403 until 10:00 am, CST, Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Immediately thereafter, bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded. This will be a closed bid opening. All bids shall be in accordance with specifications on file in this office. Bid documents are available online at www.demandstar.com .
RACINE COUNTY, through its duly authorized representatives, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive all technicalities, and choose the offer deemed most advantageous to Racine County. All bidders, by submitting their bids agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and decisions of Racine County.
