Bid Synopsis: The City of Green Bay is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for labor and equipment to load, haul and properly dispose of stockpiled petroleum, lead, solvent, and  solid  waste  contaminated  soil  to   a   WDNR-Approved   Bioremediation and Landfill facility - GFL Hickory Meadows Landfill, LLC in Hilbert,  WI, Waste Management Ridgeview Security Landfill in Whitelaw, WI or Outagamie County Landfill for contaminated soils generated during DPW’s reconstruct projects. On a per call basis (intermittently) from Spring 2023 through Fall 2023 for the following ten (10) projects.
