Bid Synopsis:
|
The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services, is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide Birth to 3 Program Mediation Services. The awardee will provide administrative services related to the coordination of mediation services to families whose children are participating in the Birth to 3 Program and lead county agencies responsible for providing these services. The primary administrative services include
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating mediators
• Maintaining agreements with mediators
• Assigning mediators for dispute resolution following federal and state laws
• Engaging in outreach activities to promote mediation
• Gathering statistics and providing reports regarding mediation activities
• Conducting surveys and reporting survey results regarding the mediation activity.
These services, for the base contract period plus all renewal periods, may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total.
