Bid Synopsis:

The State of Wisconsin (State) as represented by its Department of Administration (DOA), State Bureau of Procurement (SBOP) intends to use the results of this process to award one or more contracts. The State does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount.
The State of Wisconsin, its agencies and users, utilize fuel oil to power heating and steam generating facilities throughout the state. This Request for Bid (RFB) may be utilized by agencies at the State, County and Local levels of Government, collectively referred to as “Users”. User locations are located throughout the State of Wisconsin. Major agencies participating in this contract may include: Department of Administration (DOA), Department of Corrections (DOC), Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Health Services (DHS), University of Wisconsin System, and the remaining agencies including Wisconsin municipalities. Currently there are approximately 95 separate delivery locations throughout the state. The estimated fuel usage for each location is shown on Attachment A - Cost Sheet.
