Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking proposals for evidence-based, and cost-effective approaches to the provision of statewide community-based case management for individuals who:
1. Are committed to DHS for competency treatment and receiving services in the community and/or jail-based services.
2. Are committed to DHS for care and treatment as a result of being found Not Guilty by Mental Disease or Defect.
3. Are referred to the Opening Avenues for Reentry Success Program.
