The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), in cooperation with Value for Local Government, requests bids to establish a contract for the purchase of white and color copy and printer paper.
Value for Local Government is a non-profit organization made up of local government agencies in the Wisconsin area. The purpose of the organization is to:

Reduce the cost of goods and services by allowing members to combine requirements for commonly used items on one single request for bid.

Share information about contracts that were publicly solicited by individual Wisconsin agencies and which are available for piggybacking.
As a cooperative joint venture, invitations for bid are solicited by the designated Lead Jurisdiction, Kenosha County Wisconsin, acting in behalf of participating members of Value for Local Government for the purchase of their respective requirements. The Lead Jurisdiction, acting in the capacity as "Soliciting Agent" shall not be liable for costs, damages, etc. incurred by any of the participating jurisdictions involved in a cooperative invitation for bid.
