SUPPLY CONTRACT

JANUARY 2023

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the 2023 Crushed Aggregate Materials Supply Contract in Kenosha County will be received until 9:15 a.m. on the 24 ^th day of January 2023, at the Office of the Kenosha County Highway Commissioner , in the Kenosha County Center, 19600 75th Street, Suite 122-1, Bristol, Wisconsin 53104.

Kenosha County will open bids in the Public Works Conference Room at the Department of Public Works Office at 9:15 a.m., according to the clock on the Conference Room wall, on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.  After the opening, Kenosha County will email bid results to all bidders by 12:00 p.m., Friday, January 27, 2023.

The Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, are on file and available for inspection at the Office of the Highway Commissioner, 19600 75th Street, Suite 122-1, Bristol, Wisconsin 53104.

All bidders must file a "Bidders Proof of Responsibility Form" with the Kenosha County Highway Commissioner on or before 3:00 p.m. on January 17, 2023 (Form PA-10).

Copies of the plans and specification supplements can be obtained after January 9, 2023 using the option listed below:
