Bid Synopsis:
|
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for a qualified and experienced vendor to provide the full spectrum of third-party payment and settlement services, specifically electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card services, for delivery of benefits to approximately 20,000 families who receive Wisconsin Shares (WI Shares) child care subsidy benefits each month. WI Shares is Wisconsin’s subsidized child care program, funded in part by the federal Child Care & Development Block Grant (CCDBG).
The State of Wisconsin also seeks the ability to add other benefit programs to the card as an option for future expansion.
The State as represented by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) intends to use the results of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a contract for EBT card services to WI Shares child care subsidy program participants.
