Bid Synopsis:	Specifications are available by visiting the district website at: https://www.madsewer.org/do-business-with-us/business-opportunities/contracting-center/opportunity-category/professional-services/ The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (district) is seeking a consultant to provide Microsoft licensing and services for the products described in this RFP. In addition to the licensing services, proposals should also include costs for expert services to assist the district in moving from ProofPoint spam filter and Webroot antivirus to Microsoft Defender. The selected consultant must be both a Microsoft 365 licenses reseller and they must possess the skills needed for the related configuration and implementation services described in this RFP. The district will accept proposals for this RFP until 11:00am on January 3, 2023. Proposals shall be emailed to Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, Laurie Dunn, at LaurieD@madsewer.org . The email should clearly state in the subject line: “Proposal for Microsoft 365 Licenses and Related Services.” The District understands that proposers may have questions that cannot be answered by the information contained within this RFP. Proposers should submit those questions, via email, to Laurie Dunn, at LaurieD@madsewer.org by 11:00am, December 19, 2022. If answers to any submitted questions would materially affect the requirements for proposals, those answers would be posted to the District’s website by 11:00 am, December 20, 2022. Only formal written addenda that are posted on the District website can materially alter this RFP. The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The District is federal and state tax exempt. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any technicality and accept any proposal which may, in its opinion, be advantageous to the district.
