Bid Synopsis:	The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Vendors to perform Federally required Preadmission Screening and Resident Reviews Level II (PASRR II) to evaluate current and prospective nursing home residents in Wisconsin on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS). Using this RFP process, DHS plans to contract with a Vendor for a team of professionals to conduct PASRR II screens for prospective and current nursing home residents who have a serious mental illness and/or an intellectual/developmental disability.
