Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for competency remediation services for the Outpatient Competency Restoration Program (OCRP) and the Jail-Based Competency Restoration Program (JBCR) and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.
Outpatient competency restoration occurs in the community through DHS’ OCRP. JBCR occurs in jails. The Department may commence services to a person in jail but shall, as soon as possible, transfer that person to an institution, or provide services to the person in a non-jail setting.
