Bid Synopsis:	The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS), Northern WI Center (NWC) is requiring labor and materials to replace 5 single loop boiler controllers in boiler #4 at the NWC Heating Plant. This will also include training on the operation, analysis, and programming of the controllers for the NWC personnel. NWC will use this contract for a one-time purchase which will provide heat to multiple agencies.
