Bid Synopsis: The Department of Corrections (DOC) requests Bids for the purchase of Hydrostripping system for sign refurbishment on behalf of the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE) and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for the delivery, installation, training and service/maintenance of equipment at the New Lisbon Correctional Institution (NLCI) located in New Lisbon, Wisconsin.

The BCE Sign Hydrostripping operation removes sheeting material from outdated and weathered aluminum signs into stripped blanks that can be used to make new signs. The Hydrostripping system consists of a hydrostripper, table, a gantry motion system, ultra-high-pressure pump, a vacuum waste/collection system and a water filtration/recycle system.
