Bid Synopsis:	The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide conference rooms, food service, and a block of 45 hotel rooms for DQA. The meal service will be for breakfast and breaks only. The conference center will need to have multiple rooms for a general session and breakout sessions. The conference will be held on October 17-19, 2023 in Stevens Point WI for approximately 45 people. These commodity/services, may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total.
