Mount on 50pt chipboard, Die-Cut around artwork, and apply double wing easel to back side (making sure that adhesive being used will not fail due to weather elements)
Package: Boxed or Bundled of 50 – 100; no more than 40 lbs per package
Paper: 80# Gloss Cover Paper

Vendor will create 2 hard copy proofs; Overnight or hand deliver 1 Proof of each project to: WI Lottery, Attn: Kim Welsch, 917 Parkwood Lane, Jefferson, WI 53549; keep 1 proof of each project with vendor so Lottery will not need to send proof approval back to vendor.
