The University of Wisconsin System Administration (UWSA) Office of Procurement invites your firm to submit a bid in response to this request for bid (RFB). This contract is for the production and purchase of diploma covers, diplomas, miniature diplomas, and certified electronic diplomas for all four-year and two-year campuses of the University of Wisconsin System. All campuses require both covers and diplomas. This RFB is designed in anticipation that all services will be awarded through one or multiple contracts
