Bid Synopsis:

The Department of Administration, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), Division of Lottery, requests proposals for the design and purchase of a Lottery Special Events and Validations Vehicle. DOR, Lottery Division intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.
The Division of Lottery intends to utilize this vehicle to travel throughout the State of Wisconsin to support the State’s Lottery program and provide winners the opportunity to redeem tickets. The annual estimated mileage will be 24,000, with usage 12-months throughout the year. The van is to be customized to accommodate three (3) people in total: the driver and two (2) passengers who will perform work within this vehicle. External and internal security of the vehicle shall be incorporated into the design of the unit. This shall include securing cash and tickets, external and internal security cameras and the storage and security of DOR, Division of Lottery owned equipment during transportation.
The exterior shall display the “Wisconsin Lottery” wrap to be designed in collaboration with DOR, Lottery Division.
