Bid Synopsis:
|
The Department of Natural Resources has need of a courier that can pick-up 30 pound metal filter holder assembly and transport it from Milwaukee to Chicago. Delivery is needed every day including weekends and during official State Holidays. Contract is to start in November of 2023 when the contract is signed and will continue until November of 2024 with four one year renewal options.
Contract provides solutions for certified or bonded courier delivery services including but not limited to:
-Packages must be picked up at Wisconsin DNR Southeast Headquarters (SERHQ) located at 1027 W. St Paul Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53233 between 8:30-9:00am, preferably 8:45am and delivered to the Analytical Lab located at 2121 West Taylor Street, Chicago, IL 60612 no later than 12:00pm (noon, same day).
-Packages must be picked up and delivered daily including weekends and holidays.
-Service must be invoiced to Wisconsin DNR minimally monthly.
-Receipt and/or proof of pick-up and delivery is required.
-Metal filter holder assemblies fit in standard hard case container 20”X 11”X 7” and weigh approximately 30lbs.
-Cleaned metal filter holder assemblies received from the Analytical Lab will be returned to WDNR next day during routine package pickup at SERHQ.
-Should it be determined that filter holders were exposed to potentially hazardous substances, the courier service will be notified by Wisconsin DNR personnel same-day.
