Bid Synopsis:

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking proposals for Vendor(s) that have the technical expertise to service one or both of the Lots below:
Lot 1: Assist in the statewide implementation of CAREWare for the seven Part B Ryan White funded subrecipient agencies including each subrecipient having access to their own domain within CAREWare that has contracts and subservice categories set up. Subrecipient agencies can import data, run reports, verify eligibility, and hand enter clients, as needed.
Lot 2: Develop a method for importing HIV care data required for the HRSA-required Ryan White Services Report (RSR) into the DPH CAREWare system for the purpose of documenting clients’ services and reporting to federal funders. Subrecipient agencies can export their data from their medical record system or other case management systems into CAREWare without having to duplicate the data. This could be an HL7 interface, data transfer manager (DTM) process, or other methods approved by DHS.
