The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Bureau for Remediation and Redevelopment is seeking qualified bids from Contractors who can provide sampling and analysis services and regular operation and maintenance services, as detailed in the attached “Attachment A - Operation and Maintenance Plan”, located in the “Supporting Documents” section of this bid, for the Stoughton Landfill in Stoughton, WI.
