Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT or DOT), through its Purchasing Unit (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for upgrades at the Dickeyville Safety Weight & Enforcement Facility (SWEF) located on USH 11 in Grant County. Upgrades will include rehabilitate (extend) the existing static scale system and pavement rehabilitation in scale loop area. Warranties on the static scale system shall also be included as a part of this contract.
