Bid Synopsis:
|
Madison Metropolitan School District Building Services performs the following services - operations, maintenance, transportation, purchasing food and nutrition services and capital planning. Part of the facilities operations, renovations and planning include analysis, planning and delivering renovation projects to school district buildings and property.
This request for proposal is seeking professional services with
Exterior
Envelope and Roofing Scope which will help the Building Services department in carrying out the work that is presented to the department by senior district administration. This RFP will award five vendors (if applicable) which will be contracted on as needed basis throughout the life of the issued contracts. This RFP will result in nonexclusive contract (multiple vendors will be awarded). Consultants are encouraged to provide proposals to one or all disciplines as applicable to their operations and capabilities.
