Bid Synopsis: The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), through its Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Division of Facility Development (DFD), requests Bids for the purchase of annual boiler testing and tune-ups along with ASME CSD-1 and NFPA 85 control and safety device testing for boilers at State operated central heating plants and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.

The State, as represented by the DOA, DFD intends to use the results of this process to award a contract. The State does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount.
