The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (District), as part of its ongoing improvements to its network infrastructure, is accepting proposals for new network equipment and the related implementations services. Proposals must identify equipment, services, and cost as requested in this Request for Professional Services (RFP) document. Failure to provide this information may result in the rejection of the proposal.

The District will accept proposals for this RFP until 11am (CT) on May 22, 2023.Proposals shall be emailed to Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, Laurie Dunn, at LaurieD@madsewer.org . The email should clearly state in the subject line: “Proposal for Fortinet Firewalls and EDR.”

The District understands that proposers may have questions that cannot be answered by the information contained within this RFP. Proposers should submit those questions, via email, to Laurie Dunn, at LaurieD@madsewer.org by 11:00am (CT), May 12 , 2023. If answers to any submitted questions would materially affect the requirements for proposals, those answers would be posted to the District’s website by 11:00 am (CT), May 16, 2023 .

Only formal written addenda that are posted on the District website can materially alter this RFP. The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The District is federal and state tax exempt.
