Bid Synopsis:

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is modernizing Wisconsin’s Child Support Program and automated child support system. DCF’s vision is to modernize the Child Support Program in a manner that expands the ability of State and partner agencies to provide the most efficient and high-quality service to customers while ensuring that children and families receive financial and medical support. Wisconsin will incorporate national best practices utilizing modern technology and automation along with reporting and data analytics designed to support modern business processes to meet the ongoing needs of the Child Support Program.
The CSM Project is a coordinated project management effort among DCF, the PMO Contractor, DDI Contractor, and QA Contractor. Communication, collaboration, facilitation, and diligent project management practices are crucial to ensure activities are coordinated and completed, communications to teams and stakeholders are managed effectively, and risks and issues are proactively escalated and resolved promptly. This coordinated effort focuses on creating a “one team” collaborative and transparent approach that directs the energy of the team towards the successful delivery of the Modernized System.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a contractor for the Quality Assurance (QA) services for the Child Support Modernization (CSM) Project.
