Bid Synopsis:
|
The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for government project management and portfolio management services for a range of complex and high-profile strategic projects. The Division of Safety and Permanence (DSP) within the Department of Children and Families (DCF) is responsible for overseeing the statewide child protective services and community-based youth justice systems. DCF is seeking project management services for several complex and high-profile projects to work closely with DCF team leaders, executive sponsors, and the team in developing and executing project plans. In addition, DCF is seeking portfolio management services of its projects to help identify and manage risks, coordinate communication, people resources, professional development/training services, and technology/case management services, and assess impacts on the workforce (change management) across the portfolio of DSP projects.
The State as represented by DCF intends to use the results of this Request for Bid (RFB) to award a single contract for Project and Portfolio Management services and it is anticipated 1-2 individuals will be needed for these services.
