Bid Synopsis:	The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals to assist public water systems (PWS) statewide with lead service line material inventories. The Federal Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) require that all PWS, regulated by the Federal Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) develop and submit a service line (SL) inventory to the state primacy agency – the Wisconsin DNR - by October 16, 2024. PWS regulated by the Lead and Copper Rule include municipal community (MC), other-than-municipal community (OTM) and non-transient non-community (NN) PWS. Inventories must include all service lines regardless of the actual or intended use. There will be a pre-proposal meeting on June 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Details may be found in the RFP document.
