Bid Synopsis:

The Wisconsin National Guard Readiness Center located in Arcadia, WI will be improved
with construction of a fenced, reinforced concrete pad for storage of trash and recycled
material dumpsters. The project will provide an oversized reinforced concrete slab with
chain link fencing and lockable swinging access gates.
More specifically, this project involves the excavation for and construction of a reinforced
concrete slab that include dumpster storage and garbage truck lift apron. The dumpster
storage portion of the slab will be fenced and will include dual swinging lockable gates for
truck access as well a pedestrian gate access.
The project also includes erosion control as necessary, backfilling, turf restoration, and site
cleanup.
