Bid Synopsis: The Department of Transportation Bureau of Traffic Operations (BTO) operates a statewide fiber optic network consisting of Department owned and leased fiber (ITSNET). Several of these fibers are leased to other state agencies or private sector partners. The Department uses ITSNET fiber to connect traffic infrastructure, including cameras and traffic signals, to the TMC in Milwaukee. The network consists of two 10Gb self-healing ethernet rings and a distribution network connecting field infrastructure to signal regeneration sites.
